Taking Care of Body
Like we eat healthy food to keep our body fit likewise, we should also give rest to our
body. For example - we should sleep for at least 6-8 hours every day. If we do not take
enough sleep then our body will not function properly. Hence, we will fall ill.
Correct posture is also essential for our healthy body. While standing our body should
be erect and straight. When we sit, we should keep our back straight. If we sit or stand
in the wrong position then it will lead to pain in our legs, arms and joints.
Running, walking and gardening are good for our body. Regardless of what you do,
regular exercise and physical activity are the path to health and well-being. Exercise
burns fat, builds muscle, lowers cholesterol, eases stress and anxiety, and lets us sleep
restfully. We should also play games like cricket, basketball, etc.
