Creating Recipient List

steps to create a recipient list:

Step 1:  Click on Next: Select recipients
         option under Step 1 of 6.

Step 2:  Click on Type a new list option
         under Select recipients section.

Step 3:  Click on Create option under Type
         a new list section.

         A New Address list dialog box will appear.

                                            Step 4:  Type the new address list and fill in
                                            Step 5:  the fields.
                                                     Click on OK.
