           Let’s Start Learning

There are various animals that live around the world. All animals are different from
one another. Different animals have different features and structures. These features
or adaptation depend on their habitat. Come, let's read to know about them.

           Habitat of Animals

We know that there are various animals living around us. Some animals live on land
while some live in mountains. Some animals live in water and some flies in the sky. The
surrounding, in which an animal lives, eats, grows and reproduce is called its habitat.
For example, a lion's habitat is forest, a camel's habitat is desert, a fish's habitat is
water and so on. The main habitats of animals are forest, deserts, polar regions,
           oceans and fresh water.

           Forest

A forest is a large area of land covered with trees or Wild animals
other woody plants. There are different kinds of animals
that live in a forest, for example, lion, tiger, elephant etc.
Some animals like monkey and bird live on trees while
some animals like lion and tiger live in caves.
