A. When do we create letters? What is the use of creating letters? Find out various means and
measures how people communicate with each other. Make a PowerPoint presentation and show
it in the class. You may divide the class into groups to create the presentation.

B. Write a letter for your friends to invite them to your sister’s marriage. Then create the same
document in Microsoft Word and send it to your friends using Mail Merge option.
