Editing SmartArt
You can edit the Smartart by changing its colour, layout and styles.
Let’s first learn how to format text. Follow the given steps to format SmartArt text:
Step 1: Open PowerPoint and add SmartArt to

it.
Step 2: Click on SmartArt tools tab.
Step 3: Click on Format.
Step 4: Click on the down arrow of WordArt

Styles option.
A drop down list of WordArt styles will
appear.

Step 5: Click on the WordArt style you
want to apply.

You can apply the WordArt to the
selected text or to all the text in
the SmartArt shape.

Changing colour of SmartArt

To Change the colour of the Smart Art follow the steps given below.

Step 1: Open PowerPoint that has SmartArt
in it.

Step 2: Click on SmartArt tools tab.

Step 3: Click on Design.

Step 4: Click on the down arrow of Change
colors option.

A drop down list of colour options
will appear.

Step 5: Select the colour which you want to apply to the SmartArt.
