The food we eat on daily basis is

called our regular diet. But it is

not a balanced diet. A balanced

diet is which contains all the

nutrients like fats, proteins,

carbohydrates, minerals and

vitamins. We should eat a

balanced diet. It helps in the

should take proper meals at regular intervals of time. We should have

breakfast in the morning, lunch in the afternoon and the dinner at night.
