We all need food to survive. The food we eat contains the nutrients that our
bodies need to stay healthy and stay strong. Food also gives us energy to
work and play. Let's read about the different kinds of food that makes our
body healthy.

Different Kinds of Food

There are various kinds of food available in the market. They help us in
different ways. Some foods help us to build our bones and muscles. These
foods are called body-building foods. For example: milk, fish meat and eggs.

    For the Teacher Explain the children about various kinds of food. Also encourage the

                           students to drink milk every day to make their body strong.
