Microsoft Access 2010 is database software. It creates databases to store information.
A database is a collection of data organized in a manner that helps in easy access, retrieval and us
of the data.
Object Tabs provide access to all the open database objects like tables, reports and forms.
Navigation Pane shows all the available database objects.
Record Selector displays the current record number and navigates to other records.
Status Bar displays information about the current object or view.
Design view allows you to build a table from scratch and set or change every available property for
each field.
Microsoft Access uses primary key fields to quickly associate data from multiple tables and
combine that data in meaning ful way.
