To select more than one
field, hold down CTRL and
then click the row selector
for each field.

Step 5 : Click on the Design tab

Step 6 : Click on the Primary Key in
the Tools group.

A key indicator is added to
the left of the field or
fields that you specify as
the primary key.

Foreign Key

If a primary key is used in another table to establish a relation, then the primary key of one
table is the foreign key in other table.

Deleting Field in a Design View

Follow the given steps to delete field
in a design view :

Step 1 : Right-click on the field
you want to delete.

A drop down list of menu
will appear.

Step 2: Click on Delete Rows.

The field will be deleted.

I am Open Microsoft Access and create a table in it. Then save the
Gizo. table with your name. View the table in Design view and set a
primary key. Then delete a field row from the table and save
the database.
