Care of the Teeth

Taking care of teeth is necessary to be healthy. If our teeth have any problem then we
will have problem in eating food. Let’s read about some points through which we can
take care of our teeth.
We should brush our teeth at least twice a day. It is very important to brush teeth
before bedtime.
We should rinse our mouth after every meal.
We should eat healthy food that makes our teeth and gums strong.
We should eat hard fruits like apples as they make our gums and teeth strong.
We should not eat too much sweets as they stick in between our teeth and spoil them.
We should regularly visit the dentist for the check up of our teeth.

How to Brush Our Teeth?

The best way to brush your teeth is in little circles. Go around and around until you
have covered every surface of every tooth. Brush up and down, rather than side to
side.
You can also clean between your teeth with dental floss at least once a day. Dental
floss is a special string used for cleaning your teeth. It helps to remove food and
plaque that get stuck in between the teeth. You can also brush your tongue to help
keep your breath fresh!

   If you take care of your teeth now, you'll be chewing like a champ for the rest of your life!

Digestive System

Our body needs food to provide it with energy, vitamins and minerals. However, in
order to use food, we must first break it down into substances so that the various
organs and cells in our body can use it. This is done with the help of our digestive
system.
The digestive system acts in stages to digest our food. Each stage is important and
prepares the food for the next stage.
