Neptune
Voyager 2 saw a smaller dark spot in the southern hemisphere and a small irregular

What are Rota on and Revolu on of the Earth?
The Earth is never in the same exact same posi on from day to day. The Earth shows
two types of mo on – rota on and revolu on.

Earth's Rota on

The Earth orbits around the Sun. It takes one year to go around the Sun one complete
me. The Earth also rotates or spins, on its axis. It takes one day to spin around itself

one complete me. The Earth's axis is not straight up and down, but lted at an angle
of 23.5 degrees. The rota on is what causes the change from day to night. This lt is
responsible for having seasons. If the Earth were not lted, we would have the same
season all year long.
