In this chapter you will learn about one more software of Microsoft Office suite – Microsoft
Access 2010. Microsoft Access 2010 is database software. It creates databases to store
information. You can create, retrieve and
manage the database. A database is a
collection of data organized in a manner
that helps in easy access, retrieval and use
of the data. You can also relate one
database with the other database. This is
known as relational database. A database
contains many datasheet in it. Every
datasheet contains a table organized in
rows and columns. A table contains a
record in a row and a field in a column.
