Causes of Air Pollution
Air pollution occurs when the air contains gases, dust, fumes or odour in harmful
amounts. It is very harmfull to all living beings. The substances that pollute the air are
called pollutants. Since few decades, human activities have affected the environment
upto a critical level, which have been posing a serious threats to all living beings.
Global warming and hole in ozone layer is the example of fatal result of air pollution.
