We live in a house with our family. A group of people living in a
home together is called a family. Family members love and care for
each other.

Small Family/Nuclear Family

This is a Small family. I am Varun. This is my family. I

Big Family/Joint Family

I am Samaira. This is my family.
I have a joint family. It has my
grandfather, grandmother,
father, mother, uncle, aunty,
and cousins. We live together.

This is a big family. Big family is also known as a joint family.
