Do you know where we live?
We live on a small blue planet named Earth.
It is the third planet outword from the sun.

Our Earth is made up of land and water.
Land: Land is where we live. It have various forms. These forms are:

Almost 70 % of Earth's surface is covered with water.

Uses of Land
 We grow food on land like rice, wheat, pulses, vegetables and

fruits.
 We build houses, schools, buildings, flats, and offices on land.
 Bus, car, motorcycle and other vehicles run on land.
Water
Water is a natural thing. It is very important for our daily lives. Water
is necessary for all living things. We cannot live without water. We
should not waste water.
