c Do not store too much data in your hard disk. Always give little space to the hard disk so
           that it is not too congested. At least reserving approximately 20 MB. If you use Windows
           operating system, it will usually show a warning if your hard disk is too full.

   c Uninstall all the unnecessary programs in order not to burden the hard disk.
   c Use a UPS (Uninterrupted Power Supply). The point to use the UPS is if we are using the

          computer and suddenly the power goes out, the computer will not get turned off
          directly. So we can save our work and then shut down the computer. If the computer
          turns OFF suddenly without shutdown, it will make the hard disk corrupted and the data
          will be lost.
   c Do not put the CPU in a crowded place because it will not allow air to get out so the hard
          disk will become hot faster. So, better choose the CPU that has many fans and place
          them a nice ventilated area.

  Disk Cleanup

   As you work on the computer, there are many files created that are unwanted. There is a
   need to remove these files after some days so that the computer runs smoothly. Follow the
   given steps to apply Disk Cleanup :
   Step 1 : Open hard disk of the computer.
   Step 2 : Right-click on any one Local Disk.

                  A drop down menu list will appear.
   Step 3 : Click on Properties.
