Step 3 :  Locate the place where you want to open the worksheet.
Step 4 :  Click on the name of the worksheet.
          The name of the worksheet will appear in the Filename textbox.
Step 5 :  Click on Open.
          The worksheet will be opened.

   Closing and Exiting a Worksheet                    2.
   After finishing the work and saving the work, you
   need to close the worksheet first and then exit
   Microsoft Excel 2010. Follow the given steps to
   close and exit the worksheet :
   Step 1 : Click on the File tab.

                   The backstage view will appear.
   Step 2 : Click on the Close option.

                   The worksheet will be closed.
